1. The Sacred Sanctuary of Intimacy

At pwE (Pray With Me), we understand that prayer and inner dialogue with the Lord require absolute confidentiality. We treat your personal prayer notes with the sacred reverence of the interior forum.

We adhere strictly to Privacy by Design & Default, following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU), the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and the security guidelines of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

2. Information Collected & Purpose

We strictly limit collected data to what is essential for the spiritual journey:

• Authentication & Sync: Email and authentication token (via Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or Anonymous Access) to securely preserve your prayer history across devices.
• Spiritual Notes (Contemplatio): The reflections and petitions recorded in your Spiritual Notebook are stored with local AES-256-GCM encryption on your smartphone.
• Optional Key Vault Passphrase: With an optional personal passphrase, only you hold the keys to decrypt your spiritual notebook. Without a passphrase, notes are still encrypted, but key management relies on secure cloud infrastructure.
• Physical Bible Scanning (OCR): Camera images scanned for reading are processed 100% on-device by Google ML Kit and are never sent to external servers or stored in the cloud.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Explicit Consent

In accordance with Google Play's Generative AI Policies and Apple App Store Review Guidelines (1.2, 5.1.1 & 5.1.2):

• Prior Informed Consent: Cloud AI mode requires explicit opt-in during onboarding, which you can modify or revoke at any time in Profile settings.
• No Ad Targeting or Resale: Your spiritual reflections and prayer queries are never sold to advertisers or third parties.
• Zero Training Retention: Data processed via the Gemini API is used strictly to generate the current contemplative reflection and is not retained to train foundation models.
• Offline AI Alternative: For users seeking total network isolation, pwE provides an offline mode using embedded on-device models.

4. Account Deletion & Right to be Forgotten

You hold total sovereignty over your personal information. At any moment, you can permanently erase your account, credentials, and encrypted spiritual records by navigating to:
Profile & Settings > Security & Data > Delete Account and Data.

This action instantly and irreversibly purges your identity and records from our databases and authentication systems.
